Together, we explore the science, safety, and creativity behind food preservation.
“Chelsea has a way of making you see the world differently. Through her writing and recipes, she invites you to slow down and appreciate the beauty in preserving not only food, but memories, traditions, and the changing seasons.
Before following her work, I never would have imagined that canning and food preservation could feel so meaningful, but she completely changed my perspective. What she has built with Wiley is incredibly special. Every recipe, story, and gathering reflects the care and intention she pours into her work."

In your virtual or in-person private workshop
OVERVIEWThe goal of each Wiley Workshop is to build confidence and independence in your own home canning practice. Hosted by founder Chelsea J. O’Leary, private lessons are thoughtfully tailored to your individual food preservation goals.
Together, we can explore the science and safety behind canning, preserve a pickled vegetable side by side, or dive deeper into the world of preserving as we compare and contrast jams, jellies, marmalades, butters, and chutneys. Wherever your curiosity lies, we’ll design a Wiley Workshop to meet you there.
